Crane Rental

With its inventory at 22 cranes, Building Erection Services Co. has also come to be well known for its crane rental services. The first of the four additional divisions, the crane rental business has shown solid growth from day one.

Started initially by Larry Millsap (now with the local operators' union), the division is now managed by Jack Jamison. Jamison, who joined the company in June of 1987 and became rental division manager in June of 1989, said business has more than doubled since 1989.

"We have exceptional operators and good equipment." He continued. "And all of our operators have the mentality that we are selling a service, and they're customer-oriented."

The company always tries to be on time to a job and live up to the promises it makes to its customers.

The success of the division has been due to the people in the field, Jamison asserted.

"There's a lot of liability involved in crane rental," he explained. "And being successful comes down to the people you have working in the field. We've got really good people."

All of Building Erection Services' 22 cranes are available on a rental basis.
